Since joining Cygnet Charlotte has progressed from being a Housekeeper, Ward Clerk, Clinical Admin, Finance Admin and is now Lead Med Sec. She is a role model to the team and regularly picks up extra tasks to increase her knowledge even further.
Caroline supported a service user on their home leave and worked over the weekend. The service user needed significant levels of support and Caroline visited her house, coached coping skills over the phone, and sat with her all night in hospital.
Bethany has stepped up and ran shifts confidently when we have had no seniors due to covid, she has provided direction and support to others to ensure the shift was ran smoothly and the service user needs met
Amanda works so hard in ensuring all the staff and residents dietry requirements are met and she plans the most amazing theme days every month which everyone absolutely loves. Amanda is such a hard worker and nothing is too much trouble for her.
Abbie works hard to make sure that patients are kept safe and secure, that their needs are met. Abbie has been so kind helped me to implement the correct procedures for recording money in and out on SU’s Transaction sheets. She is a star.
Bethany has been dealing with some negative experiences from a service user which as a new starter can be difficult she has been open with how she has been dealing with this and has taken on advice and support offered to build her relationships.
Scott was a team member who supported me while I worked after my mother passed away suddenly ,without his support I would not have been able to work or still get fulfilment from my duties as a support worker I will always be grateful .
She supported a service user at the police station and hospital throughout the night even after doing a full day shift. She went back and forth to the unit to fetch his medication. Showed dedication and commitment to the his safety and wellbeing .
Following a flood in our building over the weekend, Colin appeared first thing Monday morning with his Rug Doctor machine and has worked relentlessly, thoroughly cleaning and drying the carpets in all offices and meeting rooms. Thank you!
Lisa in her own time organised a residents birthday party & presents, making for an excellent day. Lisa completed most of this in her own time without prompt because she wanted the best for the resident and is passionate about the people we support.
