Billy has shown hard work by responding to various incidents that had happened on the ward at the weekend . He responded to the situation and helped staff in anyway he could. Taking observations, and verbally de-escalating service users.
Kay has experienced her own personal trauma but she continues to come to work to support our ladies. She supports the team picking up additional shifts so we don’t have to rely on agency. She is an absolute credit to the team.
Mike is always my voice of reason in regards to work and home life. He is a confidential space where I am able to vent how I am feeling and receive no judgement. Mike supports me to be the best I can be and leads by example! Thank you Mike

Jules has been getting us all excited for Christmas recently by sharing jokes from the advent calendar and promoting Christmas jumper days and the social care zoom Christmas event. Every email has a brought a smile to my face and demonstrates fun!

Chloe always seems to be there to offer kind words and support at the much needed moments. I often tell Chloe she is a ‘cheerleader’ for many and she recently brightened my day by gifting a keyring with a lovely quote as an act of Kindness & comfort
