Christine stepped into support another service when the accounts assistant left. She supported/trained the new assistant. This was over payroll cut off period, when she was supporting three services all together. This was greatly appreciated
Charlie has worked tirelessly with a minimally verbal patient on Clipper ward. H has achieved amazing results in supporting his spontaneous language. This has allowed him to express where he would like to live and to say Happy Christmas to his Mum.

Alex has been a dedicated and caring key worker for a complex patient over a lengthy admission. She has demonstrated her passion for nursing during this time, supporting them through treatment and this patient is now ready to move on from hospital.
Hannah has gone above and beyond supporting the ward and unit over the Christmas period. When the ward has been on red covid status, with many staff having to isolate, she has picked up overtime shifts, changed her shifts and supported other wards.
Louis doesn’t wait for someone to ask him for help. He will notice himself that there’s job to do. He is a man of a few words, but his actions speak for themselves. I want to make sure, that he knows we all noticed it, and that we’re very grateful.
