Ella has grown as a care support worker and the past few months she has tried her very best to support all the residents to live the best life they can and has come up with a very good idea to help a resident with her anxiety around her laundry.
Nathan is always coming up with dad jokes whilst on shift, he sometimes will do a bit of dancing which makes patients smile and staff laugh. He would do anything to make people laugh, smile and have a better day 🙂
Helen stayed after her shift until the following morning with a resident until she was admitted into hospital. This was around a 20 hour shift and she wanted to ensure she was settled and safe before leaving her.
Kelly is.. INCREDIBLE. She is the glue that holds the team together. Our young people absolutley adore her as do her colleagues. Kelly has organised Prom, trips out, drop down charity days and so much more for our young people. Kelly, you’re the best
