I started working in the school at the start of January and Katy has been incredibly supportive of me. Katy is supportive of all her staff and students. She makes this school a positive and welcoming place to work and study.
Kasis is always so supportive with any payroll queries/issues.
In particular, there were numerous issues at one site when the Accounts Assistant left, resulting in Kasia having to make many adjustments/further payments – nothing was too much trouble.
Jordan has kept Outwood running through a time with little staff due to Covid. He has worked well under pressure and kept his cool when others would have crumbled. Always makes staff feel at ease and has kept moral high at a really difficult time.
Joanne helped to support a resident through illness and then transition them to a new home. Joanne showed so much passion and empathy to the resident and went above and beyond during their time in need.
Janice works very hard in the hospital. She is honest and open with all patients and is very respected by all staff and and patients for this. She will sort out our Multi Faith room so they have all religion books in there.
Jake has covered my maternity leave for a year, hes welcomed me back and has supported me in starting my role again. Hes had to cover the role, which is busy anyway, during COVID and with a receptionist gone. A big thank you Jake 🙂
Jade as put a lot of time and effort in to supporting me into a new role also supporting me with the interview so I can progress within the company and continue to provide amazing care where I work
Hel helped set up the school from scratch, we have had many changes and versions since the start and they have worked tirelessly to create and implement a suitable curriculum. As a non specialist this is an extra challenge that they have risen to!
Frankie has been supporting service users out whilst Beacon has been in a crisis due to staffing and working outside her hours. I would like to say a big thank you and we really appreciate it 🙂
I would like to dominate Elena Pop as she is hard-working, gets in early and leaves late. She makes plenty of time for patients and is a valuable member of the MDT. Super funto be working with her. Best dietitian Ealing ever had.
Dennis has been coming on shift early every morning for the past few weeks to ensure all jobs are completed and medication is given. Dennis is will always help out when needed and support alongside team leading when required!
Deepa came to The Lodge as an International Nurse. She was very nervous and reserved but in the six months she has been here, Deepa has flourished in to a hard working and strong Nurse. Deepa is supportive and a good shift leader.
