
Dennis has been helping a service user to reduce his incidents and find a way of coping with his. Dennis is always going above an beyond for all the residents and is a valued member of the team.
Mark started only a few weeks ago and he has already made a huge difference to patient activities and wellbeing! He has got stuck in with goal setting and already taking patients out to aid their development. Mark is a really great colleague!
On reviewing PowerBI, Caroline has managed to get Fountains interview to offer down to 0.5 days – this is the best i’ve seen and meqns the candidate experience is so much better. Caroline is in touch with all candidates in the pipeline at all times!

Last week the unit door was broken and everyone was frustrated. In the middle of all this, Angie as ever was a face of positivity and friendliness for everyone coming in and out of the unit and continued to brighten our day – thankyou.
When Ukraine was invaded Mike led the Tabley staff in organizing essential supplies; these were sent within 72hrs. He then hand made Ukraine Badges which he sold to the Tabley team / family. Fund raising £300. Mike promotes team work and team spirit.
After my car accident Corrin has been a constant support whilst I was recovering even offering to send me a Christmas dinner to the hospital I was in. She kept in touch throughout my recovery and supported me offering any help along the way.
I have recently been in a serious car crash and Lizzie has helped so much with my return to work being supportive, caring and checking in with me to ensure I’m well and managing in my role.
Despite many short notice changes to accommodation arrangements, Courtney has patiently and efficiently organised my hotel bookings whilst remaining calm, positive and cheerful.

Worked hard to get a for a SU who was unexpectedly discharged by Tribunal. She had a week to arrange somewhere for him to go which was difficult as he was an Asylum seeker with little support and didnt speak english. She found him the perfect place!
