Lisandra is new to the OT recruitment team, and she has exceeded expectations. She is responsive, and has worked incredibly hard to find suitable candidates to fill vacancies on my team in Woking.
Thank you Lisandra- I appreciate you!
Lisa recently was supporting an anxious service user attending healthcare appointment, which was running late. Seriously late. Somehow, she found a way to keep him on “a keel”, so he received much needed help. Lisa, you are our special task agent 🙂
Lisa is always available to talk to, has lots of knowledge and is able to empathize with patients and staff. A true role model who puts others before herself. Pindar house are very lucky to be supported by Lisa
Lindsey joined the team and threw herself into learning more about modified textures in order to provide safe, enjoyable meals for different individuals. She continues to ask questions regularly and took extra materials home to study!
I’m going through a hard time with my fathers treatment however Liam has been really supportive with understanding my situation and allowed me to take some time off. You all deserve a manager like him 🙂
Lauren has stepped up recently to support our night staff team, swapping shifts and picking up overtime to cover. She has successfully completed her medication competencies in order to lead the team at night. Lauren’s confidence has really grown.
Laura started with us as a TA and successfully transitioned into a teaching role. She is fantastic supporting the learners in the ways they need and the way she interacts with them. So calm, compassionate and knowledgable. She is an inspiration!
Kerry was responsible for organising an online quiz to raise over £1,100 (for the 2nd year running) for charity. She rallied up teams from services across the group for people in our care and staff to join together for an excellent cause.
Kelly has been extremely supportive whilst our ward was in isolation. She went the extra mile and provided all of our service users with isolation packs to keep them engaged throughout the isolation period.
Kayleigh came, she saw, & she jumped-in. Kayleigh injects energy, she is refreshing and has a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. This is infectious to those around her. She’s fab! Gets involved and compassionately encourages, supports & guide others.
