
Dee always offers me so much help and support. When we get a new resident Dee will be the first to take over and offer support. She is such a key member to the team and help me out when necessary.
Keesha has grown in confidence since starting on the nursing unit as a support worker. She has now completed her care certificate induction and passed her probationary period and is wanting to do her nursing. She is proactive and positive.
Brian has been helping to make a Jubilee party for the residents at Beckly. Making sure everyone is involved and made some home made treats for the day. Brian will always go above and beyond to make any occasion special for the residents.
Dan recently joined the gardening project team and since starting has not stopped. He has helped to whip the garden into shape and going the extra mile to ensure the garden is in tiptop shape to wow visitors as soon as they walk through the gate.
Zy has worked super hard in these last couple of months and managed the office on her own as I have been away for couple of weeks.
Although she recognises this has been tough, she has always remained positive.
Ryan Flower as been so supportive in helping me progress in my ALT and making feel confident each and everyday he is a credit to out wood and also a credit to cygnet
Bukola has been recognised by the hospital as being able to adjust to change quickly and calmly therefore taking the unexpected in her stride. As a result she is resourceful and confident in her approach with others.
Luke has been recognised by the hospital as knowing how to actively listen. He is clear, considerate and respectful in his dealings with others. And genuinely interested in making all connections meaningful ones.
Tracey has been recognised by the hospital as having a desire to support and nurture others. She helps people to overcome obstacles, grow and enrich their lives. She has everyone’s back if needed.
Lindsay has been recognised by the hospital to love to laugh and create a happy atmosphere that makes others feel at ease. She is personable, kind and encourages laughter for patients and staff in order to lighten everyone day.
Emma has been recognised by the hospital as someone who puts herself in someone else’s position, share their feelings and understand their situation. She listens to others, acknowledges their experience and recognises human emotions.
Joanna has been recognised by the hospital approaching things in an optimistic way, expecting success and making life happier for staff as well as patients. She also acknowledges difficulties and comes up with solutions when possible.
