Carly has worked extremely hard over since becoming a senior support worker. Carly is flexible and will go above and beyond to help run the service. Carly will always help where she can.
Megan is a very hard working young lady very caring and passionate, she has a very bubbly character, always smiling and positive, very supportive to her patients and always goes the extra mile to encourage their progress. Megan is very friendly
Ash is fairly new to the role and was involved in a very challenging incident. Ash managed to keep calm and support me. Ash was still determined to continue providing consistent excellent care to our resident.
Laura ‘s door is always open and she is ready to support staff with a listening ear and positive comments. On this occasion I had an emotional week with challenging moments and Laura went out of her way to ensure I felt supported throughout.
Scott has joined us in December 2021 and settled in well, however very quickly he was left to maintain 3 sites. The three sites was Lindsay house, Thistle Care home and Wallace hospital. He has completed all required within his ability and his attitude is first class.
When I first started at Cygnet, Matthew was very supportive and his passion for the job and his team was evident. He inspired me to find the same passion in myself. Matt is someone I can trust with most things.
Angela has join Morgan house. Overall staff moral has improved, Angela has worked hard with staff and residents to bring out there full potential and recognises where improvements are needed.
Len (Lynette) has great passion for the role, she always takes new starters under her wing and “buddies” them. She is a real people person and as she takes great pride in her role ensures that she passes this to others.
Katie has supported us with improving the environment at Outwood for the residents, she’s very passionate about making sure the staff and residents have everything they want for their home. Visitors comment how lovely it looks and homely it feels.
Kayleigh consistently provides the best care for all residents and staff she supports every single person but also shows that you can look after residents as well as get other jobs done and clean as well she is a great asset to Outwood
A member of the public rushed to the St-William’s to inform us that a gentleman was in cardiac arrest down the street. Stephen ran to provide resuscitation and AED until the air ambulance arrived.
A member of the public came to St-Williams to inform Alison that a gentleman was in cardiac arrest down the street. Alison dropped everything and rushed to help resuscitate him. She provided CPR and AED while waiting for the air ambulance to arrive.
