
Coral excels in her role as a ward manager on a daily basis. She manages a large team in a supportive and effective way, ensuring everyone feels included and confident in their roles on the ward. Coral goes the extra mile for both service users and staff frequently and creates a happy and safe atmosphere for everyone.
Carla often helps support other admins in the region, this can be going over to other sites and working alongside the admins, covering in absence and helping with pay review letters in some of the bigger hospitals.

James worked with a new resident, who required safe holds for his medication. James encouraged the resident to self medicate which stopped all safe holds to be used. Promoting his dignity and independence, this has removed a restrictive practice within our unit.
Ric is employed at the bakery and offered to facilitate a day trip for residents to the seaside. This was at short notice, when the service encountered a lack of drivers. Both staff and residents had a lovely day. One of the residents said ” he is brilliant happy and fun to work with”.
During a very challenging time at Marion House due to a new admission, Jane has taken the time to make sure all staff are supported at work and always kept a smile on her face even though she was finding days tough too. She always puts her staff team before herself. Jane you are amazing and we would all be lost without you.
Alison has supported me recently with many reviews at short notice and has been very flexible and accommodating. Alison has been a huge support, she is hardworking and an asset to the quality team.
Laura has supported me with an external project and nomination for the CIPD outstanding student award. Laura has devoted time to provide guidance, coaching and emotional support to me in achieving a personal goal. Laura truly embodies this value.
Enrique‘s door is always open and he is ready to support staff with a listening ear and positive comments.
On this occasion one of my team had challenging/phobia moments, Enrique went out of his way to support her to overcome these.
Mark arrived for his LD shift and went home to return and cover the night shift when it became apparent there was no nurse to work. this is a great example of going over and above to support the service and demonstrates his passion for his work.
Rodrigo picked up a really complex and business critical reporting process with limited time to ensure the data was correct. He made every attempt to get the information submitted in a professional and accurate process. Very grateful for his efforts
Adele has been absolutely fantastic in explaining and divulging information in regards to service users from the care plans, policies and procedures and her own experience. She has been very good at communicating so that things can be understood.
Rosie suffered a grievance recently. Despite this she continues to work hard for the service users and supporting the team. She has not let this impact her work ethic and has shown strength during this difficult time. She is someone to look up too.
