Beth works hard every shift she works on and is willing to work on other wards that are having difficult times. Beth works to form good relationships with patients and her colleagues and ensures that all of her work is completed to a high standard.
Beacon House as had a number of new staff who have never worked in care before. Irene shares her experiences with all new staff and ensure they feel reassured following incidents of behaviour that can be daunting for new staff.
Cat works so hard to establish strong therapeutic relationships with her patients. A young person’s parents recently highlighted Cat’s input as being instrumental to their child’s successful discharge. Amazing work, Cat!
Beth has massively exceeded the expectations of her role in her daily practice and has been an exemplar of this since she started working at Clifton. She goes over and above in staff support and management of her massive workload!
Laura makes sure I am empowered with knowledge needed to fulfil any task around the house and with residents. She makes me feel seen, heard and respected at all times. I feel very looked after especially as a new support worker. She’s caring.
Katie was in her very first hold today with a challenging resident not only did she perform the hold brilliantly she also kept her calm whilst in the incident
Tanz always has our patients and staff at the heart of all she does. She has set up alongside one of the OT’s, a mindfulness group for staff to create a positive culture within Raglan and to support staff’s welling following difficult times.
