Never fail to laugh when she is on shift.

Afrah stepped up in to a Senior Support worker role as Maternity leave cover. She went the extra mile, ensuring all her shifts ran smoothly, managed her work load well, and would sometimes stay behind after her shift finished to ensure the service users were settled, and all the tasks were complete.
Penny recently got promoted to Deputy Manager, very quickly after, I (service manager) went on annual leave, leaving her to manage the unit. Penny settled in to her role extremely quickly, getting to know all care plans, service users and the staff team. She dealt with some complex incidents, and took her new role in her stride.

I often feel like I’m harassing Jason with my cost center queries, but no question is too much trouble for him to answer. He has been very supportive in helping me understand how they are set up and this has helped me a great deal in my role when setting up new services in myHub. Thank you Jason for being so helpful!
