Yvette works so hard to get all YP’s up and engaged with education – finding ways to help them participate when they feel unable to complete their academic work. Yvette will do whatever it takes to support the YP’s to help them improve their sleep hygiene and engaging in the day. The team couldn’t manage without Yvette and her hard work.

When I started at the service Alex was hiding on night shift. On meeting him he was clearly a passionate person who felt that he was being valued for his skills. We brought him on days and allowed him 1 day a week to utilise his skills as an SI instructor. His confidence and his energy have helped build a more confident team
