Lideya has shown empathy throughout the time the ward was lockdown due to having a covid outbreak. She understood the need of the individuals who were self isolating and supported through a tough time for the service users
Jade has undertaken the Hospital Admin role at short notice to support the service until the new admin starts. Jade is always flexible, undertaking SSW role before being promoted, developing staff allocations to ensure our ladies have the right people with them doing the right things. She actively does anything if it improves the service and care.
I am nominating Louise for flexibility as she is a hospital driver but she goes above and beyond by carrying out any tasks asked of her whether it is delivering patient items or clinical stock she never complains and is always willing to help.
Maisie has started a Nursing Apprenticeship through Cygnet alongside her Education Officer role. She is being amazing with fitting all her work in and working flexibly so that everything is done.
Jodie constantly comes up with days for service users and staff to get involved in and have fun, she recently assisted in arranging a BBQ for all to enjoy. We are all looking forward to the world cup month she is going to organise!
Suzanne has been with Cygnet 3 years however has moved onto a new ward in the past year. Within this time she has adapted to the change of service users and also built up her confidence which has shown through. Suzanne continues to be an valued member of the team and continues to grow.
This is her first job as a qualified social worker. She has blossomed in to a passionate member of the MDT and social work team. She continues to learn and seek support. Her confidence has grown in meetings and being on the ward with the patients.
Fran is INCREDIBLE.. she always backs the activities that are on and makes sure the service users are all joining in and enjoying themselves. She works hard to run the floor and supports her full team!
I’m nominating James for working hard to train all the new starters on the ward in physical and relational security, S17 and the general running of the ward. This has been over 10 staff within 2 weeks!
Gail has been recognised being positive even in difficult circumstances by acknowledging the difficulties and coming up with solutions from a place of understanding, confidence and enthusiasm. She looks after us all well.
Femi has been recognised to have the strength and determination. Femi can rise through tough challenges in the form of providing amazing support to the hospital when our RC was away for a period of time.
Tommy has shown great resilience when carrying out his role. As we have opened a new service and been shorted staffed Tommy stepped up to the challenge to ensure the team have everything they need.
