Cygnet Health Care is a leading provider of high-quality health services with over 30 years of experience in transforming lives. Our dedicated centres provide specialist rehabilitation for individuals with acquired brain injuries and neurodegenerative disorders. At Cygnet, we prioritise our patients' wellness and strive for positive, lasting outcomes through our comprehensive Neuropsychiatric Rehabilitation services.

The Outwood Night Team- We have had shifts consistently available due to being unable to recruit to them for a variety of reasons. Over the last year this team have worked so hard to ensure that the shifts are covered, they work together to ensure consistency for the residents as well as to support each other. Their hard work has meant that we very rarely run short and we always can meet the needs of the residents. They are a great team and a great support to the effective running of the service.
