Cygnet Pindar House is a 22-bed Neuropsychiatric care and treatment facility for men affected by acquired brain injuries. It is a safe and secure place to aid recovery as well as offering those diagnosed with a progressive neurological disease an opportunity to help manage the progression of their symptoms.

We are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist with:
- A Diploma/Degree in Speech and Language Therapy and current (or pending) registration with HCPC and membership of professional body (RCSLT)
- Strong clinical and professional skills
- Experience or keen interest in the field of neurological conditions
- Evidence of being a strong team player with a genuine desire to help others
- Good organisational and project management skills
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Enthusiasm, motivation and passion

- Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will assess, diagnose and play a key role in the management of men with acquired brain injuries, behaviours that challenge and other diagnosed / undiagnosed conditions. Under the guidance of the supervising SLT, you will be able to train others, promote good practice and maintain a successful inclusive communication environment. Low caseload numbers enable you to provide focused support.
