The fun never stops when Laura is around, she is always busy planning and carrying out meaningful and person centred activities for residents. Laura manages to find something fun to do with every person she supports, residents that are more reluctant to engage in activities are all motivated by Laura, her successes are endless. Rachel has brilliant communication that has been vital for a resident going through a difficult time. Rachel has attended all meetings to support and share her knowledge with the team and has also spent time writing down a detailed routine, activity planner and contributing to a positive behaviour support plan.

Kolade volunteered to take a gentleman on holiday who has not managed to successfully go on holiday for many years due to high anxiety levels. Kolade stayed positive throughout the planning and during the holiday and his reassurance and positive approach made for a successful holiday he even managed to stay all week. Thank you Kolade.
