We are looking for an experienced instructor to join the Learning & Development team.

You will be required to deliver Physical Interventions training throughout the Yorkshire region to a range of staff in a variety of different services. This includes services in Bradford, Sheffield and Harrogate so will require travel.

You will need

  • At least two years clinical experience involving the use of Restrictive physical Interventions.
  • To be a qualified Physical Intervention Instructor able to deliver West London PMVA or CPI: Safety Intervention training to an advanced/emergency level
  • To be familiar with the Restraint Reduction Network Training Standards 2019.
  • To have experience in leading and delivering Physical Interventions training programmes.

  • Relevant Instructor qualification
  • Relevant experience in a training/teaching environment
  • Hold professional qualifications in relevant subject areas
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Able to travel throughout the region and nationally as required
