Omotanwa was kind enough to offer help when I was in need of it. I was covering thread residents in a night and I had to be in 2/3 of the flats at the same time as the residents required support. Omotanwa saw that I was stressed and didn’t know what to do and was quick to offer her help in that time as she was available to do so. Very appreciative.

I have not worked at Cygnet Maidstone very long (2 months) & this particular member of start has stood out for her hard working.

She was assaulted by a patient that has assaulted a number of other staff & patients over the last 6-12 months & she was shaken by this but refused to let it scare her away as it did others & carried on with a brave face.
