We need a Assistant PBS Practitioner who’s passionate about helping people with a range of complex needs.
This is an exciting new opportunity to really make a difference to the lives of the people we support whilst working within the beautiful locations of the South West.
The successful candidate will be working across a 5 services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge, so experience working within similar environments / homes as well as experience with Positive Behaviour Support and/or experience of leading on strategies to support complex behaviours is essential for this role.
As part of this role you will be supported by a PBS Lead to deliver the highest quality and standards of Positive Behaviour Support and work closely with the service and regional managers.

The Role:
To provide Positive Behaviour Support advice, guidance and consultation to families, support staff and other professionals contributing directly to peoples’ assessment, analysis and intervention plans within a PBS Framework.
